Thirty years ago, as my spiritual quest began, not much was mentioned about the value of being connected to our body. Most of the focus was on mind to mind communication or mind to spirit. I found that I became more and more disconnected from being in flow with life. Doubt and distrust kept knocking at the door to what I was receiving. It wasn’t until I included my body and being fully present that my intuition and telepathic communication opened up.
