This interactive course is designed for our children ages 7-17 and their parents. This class experience includes a presentation, music, movement, active participation and a written response booklet. Participants will learn about the seven major energy centers in the Human Energy Field. Learn the names, attributes, colors and how to activate their energy points! Roseanne will lead you through a meditation that will help you visualize each center and activate your energy.
Participants will learn:
- Location, colors and primary function of each chakra
- Meditating with the chakras
- Movements for each chakra
- How to activate your chakras
- How to learn about yourselves and one another from your chakras
- Download an interactive booklet to complete during the course
- Bonding as Families as we explore our energy systems together
This workshop is open to all families. It is recommended that children can read and write simple answers. Ages 6-15 will have lots of fun!
This workshop is being taught both In Person and Online via Zoom.
Roseanne’s book I am a Rainbow is used as the text for the class and provides a clear experience for families; recommended, but is not required.
The accompanying books in her series are: I AM Within (meditation) and I AM Healer (energy healing) and The Instructional Guide (activity book with simple exercises, day-to-day lessons, and interactive lessons for the purpose of learning about chakras, meditation and biofield energy healing).

About the Instructor:
As an educator with a Master’s degree in Education, Roseanne assisted parents and children in her field expertise of literacy for nearly three decades. She combines her talents as healer, and as an author to create informational books and fun-filled classes that introduce audiences to meditation, chakras, and energy healing. Roseanne has been offering healing services in her own practice since 1998, which include: ThetaHealing®, Healing Touch and Reiki.
